Return & Cancellation
At our website, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel or return an order. We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers, while also maintaining a fair policy for all parties involved.
Our replacement is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
- A wrong product has been dispatched
- If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.

If the product is incorrect or defective, it should be informed within 2 days. Approved replacement/Exchange will be done within 5-7 Business Days. We offer 2 days return.
To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available with him/her.
You can reach us at hello@leofero.com to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.
Please note these below points:
We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defected.
Please be sure to carefully inspect all items upon receipt ( We advice you to make unboxing video of product ) and contact us within 48 hrs if you notice any defects or other issues. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We will process the refund within 7 -8 working days and it will be credited to your source account within 7-14 working days.
Note: Leofero does not provide exchange of products. If a customer wants to exchange, they must return the product and then place a new order.
